This hotel is in a great location, close to upscale malls and perfect for families. The rooms are spacious and clean, with all the amenities you would expect in a high-end hotel. The staff is attentive and friendly, providing excellent service. The breakfast spread is delicious and there are plenty of facilities available for guests to enjoy, such as a gym and a lounge. it's a top-notch experience.

The only drawback was that some staff members were not as efficient or helpful as others.

I was attending a conference held at the Shenzhen Conference Center. The hotel was not anywhere walking distance to the Center-a statement that was included in the conference information. Anyway, the taxi was not too expensive.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, especially towards our 18-month-old daughter. They even gave her a JW Marriott teddy bear and played with her during check-in. The room was spacious and clean, with fast and stable WIFI. We also loved the festive Christmas decorations in the lobby. The location was great, with the hotel being close to the metro and other good restaurants. We also enjoyed the proximity to Coco Park, which offered a variety of bars, clubs, and restaurants.

The private facilities, including a sauna, Jacuzzi, and outdoor swimming pool with a sun terrace, made our stay even more special.
